1. Eligibility & Participation

1.1. Entry is open to persons aged 18 and over, unless otherwise stated. By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility conditions mentioned on the competition page.

1.2. Employees, directors, immediate family members of YD PARTNERS LTD, its subsidiaries, and competition service providers are not eligible to participate.

1.3. To enter a competition, participants must select the number of tickets, complete the required steps (answer a question) and proceed to payment. Entry is confirmed only after payment has been received and an order confirmation has been issued. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in case of competition cancellation by the Operator. The competition will end on the date indicated on our website or when tickets are sold out.

1.4. Incomplete, delayed or failed payment entries will be cancelled. The Operator is not responsible for technical failures or payment processing delays.



2. Nature of Competitions & Property Prizes

2.1. Some competitions may offer real estate as a prize. The competition page will specify when a property is offered and provide essential information (location, features, photos, etc.). Prizes are those indicated on our website and may be replaced by an equivalent prize at our discretion.

2.2. No cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated on the competition page.

2.3. The Operator will cover additional costs related to the property (taxes, transfer fees, legal fees, VAT), unless otherwise stated.



3. Winner Selection & Notification

3.1. Winners are selected according to the stated method (random draw, skill question, etc.), under the supervision of randomdraws.com™. Winners will be selected live and draws may be verified by an independent third party.

3.2. Winners will be notified by email/phone within a maximum of 24 hours. If the Operator cannot contact the winner within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.

3.3. The Operator may request identity documents and supporting evidence to carry out KYC/AML checks before awarding the prize.



4. Geographic Restrictions

4.1. Entry to a competition is not permitted from countries or regions subject to economic sanctions, financial restrictions or legal prohibitions under UK, European or US law.

4.2. In particular, entries from the following countries will not be accepted:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, as well as the regions of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk (Ukraine).

4.3. Any entry from a restricted country will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus any transaction fees.



5. Property Transfer & Payment to Developer

5.1. For a property prize, the transfer of ownership or payment to the developer will only take place if all legal and compliance conditions are met (KYC/AML checks, written acceptance by winner, required contracts). Delivery times are not guaranteed.

5.2. The Operator will send a formal offer to the winner, who must accept it in writing within the specified timeframe. The Operator will coordinate the conveyancing procedure with the developer.

5.3. Funds from ticket sales will be held in the Operator’s business account or in an escrow account in accordance with applicable regulations; transfers to the developer will only occur after all conditions have been validated.

5.4. Any additional payment required to complete the transaction (taxes, legal fees, etc.) will be the responsibility of the Operator, unless otherwise stated.



6. KYC / AML / Documents

6.1. Winners must undergo KYC/AML checks: identity documents, proof of address, proof of source of funds, etc.

6.2. Failure to comply with procedures may result in disqualification of the winner.



7. Taxes & Duties

7.1. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes, duties and other fees relating to the prize in their country of residence.



8. Refunds & Cancellation

8.1. All purchases are final and non-refundable. The Operator may cancel a competition due to force majeure or regulatory reasons. In case of cancellation, the Operator will fully refund entries within 30 days.

8.2. Any abusive chargeback may result in cancellation of entry and potential forfeiture of the prize.



9. Liability & Exclusions

9.1. The Operator does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or in case of fraud. Otherwise, liability is limited to direct and foreseeable losses and, at most, to the amount paid by the participant.

9.2. The Operator does not guarantee the condition or ownership of the property — the transfer will depend on the developer’s title and legal formalities.



10. Publicity, Personal Data & Privacy

10.1. By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes, unless written objection is made within 7 days of winning notification.

10.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at winurhome.com.



11. Website Use & Accounts

11.1. This website is the property of YD PARTNERS LTD which trades as WINURHOME. Use of the site is subject to the Website Terms. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.

11.2. Any attempt at fraud or manipulation will be sanctioned by cancellation of entry and permanent exclusion from competitions.



12. Third-Party Sites & Payments

12.1. The site uses third-party payment providers. Refer to their terms and conditions for any payment disputes.



13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.



14. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

14.1. The Operator may amend these Terms & Conditions by publishing an updated version on the site. Amendments take effect upon publication.



15. Complaints

15.1. Send complaints to: contact@winurhome.com. The Operator will respond within a reasonable timeframe of 15 working days.
